CSP Focus China Tour 2017 delegation discusses with Supcon on the development of CSP pilot project, technology innovation and equipment manufacture. With independence technology, competitive local equipment and success experience on commercial project construction, Supcon makes great contribution for China and even global CSP industry.

On 2013 July, Supcon built 10MW tower CSP project in Delingha, which is the first commercial CSP tower project in China and the third in the world. Molten salt renovation was finished on Aug. 2016. Over 95% core equipment was make in China, which broke the monopoly of overseas molten salt CSP tower project core technology and it was a great milestone of CSP technology localization.

Supcon Solar Delingha 50MW CSP plant was selected to be one of China 1st batch of CSP pilot projects on September 2016. Recently, the project goes well. The construction of storage tank and receiver tower was begin this June. 11000 heliostats installation and storage tank construction are planned to be completed before the end of this year. The project is expected to be finished by the end of 2018.

As Mr. Li Wei, Supcon Vice President said, CSP would play an important role in future energy structure. CSP industry development is imperative so that China CSP players should strengthen cooperation and achieve win-win bright future.
