Further to the Jinfan Akesai plant, Tianjin Binhai CSP has been active in developing CSP business, and getting ready for the competition of China 2nd batch CSP pilot projects in the near future.

Earlier this week, Feasibility Studies Review meetings on Jinfan Golmud 2×100MW Molten Salt Parabolic Trough CSP Project (December 11) and Jinfan Delingha 2×50MW Molten Salt Parabolic Trough CSP Project (December 12) were successfully held in Beijing. Both of the projects will take molten salt as heat transfer fluid.

The two project developers Golmud Jinfan CSP Co., Ltd. and Delingha Jinfan CSP Co., Ltd who are responsible for CSP project development, construction and operation are wholly-owned by the Tianjin Binhai CSP. The company General Manger Su Jianjian indicated that Tianjin Binhai CSP will achieve further study on CSP technology, accumulate rich experience on project construction, boost the localization of core component like reflector, receiver and energy storage systems and accelerate the healthy development of CSP industry by the construction of two projects.

During the meetings, China Renewable Energy Engineering Institute experts began comprehensive assessment on the feasibility study reports of the two projects and made specific suggestions to drive the feasibility study procedure.
