Saiyang Fiber Blanket

Saiyang Fiber Blanket is a thermal insulation material specially designed for collector island, heat storage island, heat storage tank, pipeline, equipment, etc. The product uses different raw materials of rock and ore, after high temperature melting into fibre needle, uses special hydrophobic process to treat the blanket-like fibre products, the surface can be covered with aluminium foil.

Saiyang nanoplate

Saiyang nano-plate is a kind of nano-scale micro-porous thermal insulation material with lower thermal conductivity than static air. It is the best solid thermal insulation material so far. The thermal insulation efficiency of Saiyang nano-plate is as high as three to four times than that of traditional thermal insulation material at high temperature. The products are divided into rigid plate and flexible plate. Flexible plate can bend in multi-dimension to meet the application in special space (high temperature furnace wall, pipe wall, etc.). It is a high-grade ideal product in high temperature and low temperature industrial field.

Saiyang insulation felt 

Saiyang insulation felt is a kind of high efficiency insulation material with low thermal conductivity and good flexibility, which is specially designed and developed for pipeline insulation. The thermal conductivity of the product is 1/3-1/2 lower than that of the traditional material. It can effectively reduce the temperature of the outer wall of the pipeline and the insulation thickness. It is an ideal high-grade product for the application of insulation location.
